At the NARUC Winter Policy Summit, @jaykooper, VP, General Counsel & Secretary, joined industry leaders on a panel to discuss one of the biggest challenges facing water utilities today: balancing affordability with the rising costs of maintaining safe, reliable service. Panelists explored how water providers are navigating infrastructure needs, extreme weather, cyber threats, and PFAS remediation while keeping rates manageable for customers.
