Be like JayJay and Ole from Hike footwear: • Go all in - in your early 20s (college school dropout) • Iterate by never settling for small PMF (found $100K a month and $1M a month businesses and shut them down) • Go all in on educational funnels and expand your TAM massively • Scale Meta to $7M a month in adspend • Have your default be "attack mode” Episode will come out in the next weeks Sign up in bio to be notified.

We urgently need to speak with someone senior at @ElevenLabs regarding a serious security concern. One company account appears to have been accessed by unauthorized users, resulting in approximately $39,000 in abnormal usage within 7–14 days, versus a normal spend of only $100–$200/month. We reported this weeks ago but still haven’t received a proper investigation. More concerning: something similar happened this week on our main company's ElevenLabs account. Fortunately, our finance team detected it within an hour. Two separate incidents (complete different companies) raise legitimate questions around account security and access. If anyone in my network can connect me with an @ElevenLabs account manager, someone from their Security / Trust & Safety team, I’d really appreciate an introduction. We can share the full timeline and evidence privately.

Today, Telegram notified all its users in Spain with this alert: Pedro Sánchez’s government is pushing dangerous new regulations that threaten your internet freedoms. Announced just yesterday, these measures could turn Spain into a surveillance state under the guise of “protection.” Here’s why they’re a red flag for free speech and privacy: 1. Ban on social media for under-16s with mandatory age verification: This isn’t just about kids—it requires platforms to use strict checks, like needing IDs or biometrics. ⚠️ Danger: It sets a precedent for tracking EVERY user’s identity, eroding anonymity and opening doors to mass data collection. What starts with minors could expand to all, stifling open discourse. 2. Personal and criminal liability for platform executives: If “illegal, hateful, or harmful” content isn’t removed fast enough, bosses face jail. ⚠️ Danger: This will force over-censorship—platforms will delete anything remotely controversial to avoid risks, silencing political dissent, journalism, and everyday opinions. Your voice could be next if it challenges the status quo. 3. Criminalizing algorithm amplification: Amplifying “harmful” content via algorithms becomes a crime. ⚠️ Danger: Governments will dictate what you see, burying opposing views and creating echo chambers controlled by the state. Free exploration of ideas? Gone—replaced by curated propaganda. 4. “Hate and polarization footprint” tracking: Platforms must monitor and report how they “fuel division.” ⚠️ Danger: Vague definitions of “hate” could label criticism of the government as divisive, leading to shutdowns or fines. This can be a tool for suppressing opposition. These aren’t safeguards; they’re steps toward total control. We’ve seen this playbook before—governments weaponizing “safety” to censor critics. On Telegram, we prioritize your privacy and freedom: strong encryption, no backdoors, and resistance to overreach. ✊ Stay vigilant, Spain. Demand transparency and fight for your rights. Share this widely—before it’s too late.

Coaching, consulting, all of that can be life-changing or a disaster. But for me, there was always one non-negotiable: the guy has to be able to show real, live results. I haven’t had a lot of consulting in my journey, but there’s one I’ll never forget. About two years ago, we booked 1-hr coaching with Verum John. He walked us through his entire Q4 approach. Honestly, it wasn’t super relevant for us, his playbook was more built around gadgets and holiday products, so we couldn’t directly implement it. But here’s what mattered: for the first time, I saw someone’s screen showing $350k days in revenue and $150k+ days in ad spend. That moment I knew everything is possible/ At that time, we were doing ~$70k days. Two months later, we hit $350k days ourselves. Shoutout to John for that, sometimes one call can completely rewire your perspective.

Too many things going on in the world, now and always. Everyone’s distracted. That’s why the path to win is insanely easy. Most people are scrolling, reacting, worrying about things they can’t control. So how we win, boys? Stay locked-in. Keep building. Control what you can, ignore what you can’t. That’s where momentum comes from.

The reward is the journey🧠 Everyone chases the outcome —> $100M rev, number on the bank account, and so on.. But here’s the truth: the moment you hit it, you’re already chasing the next one. Personally I've found out, the real reward is: - The grind - The failures - The people you build with - The version of yourself you become The real win is the process. The outcome is secondary.

Momentum in e-com is when your flywheel starts spinning: new customers → strong retention → higher LTV → more ad spend → cheaper CAC. Once it clicks, it feels like cheating.

It took me 3 years to become a millionaire, and then only 1.5 months to make another million. Moral of the story: good things take time. Stay focused, and hold the vision.

Exploring new ways to maximise productivity: What’s currently working is blocking focus hrs a week ahead because it gives me more mental clarity and structure. I always did it only 1 day before. Breakfast 5 hr after wake-up and unlimited coffee does the work too as of the moment. Curious what works for you the best

Recently found a consistent gap between our P&L and actual growth Turns out our Amazon PPC ads were being charged VAT. We started scaling this in Q1 In total, around $250k in wrongly paid VAT through our LLC, because somehow our EU address was connected in the backend. Not even visible to us Also, it isn’t visible in the merchant, only on the invoices itself Anyway, always our responsibility. Honestly, good that it happened. We learn from these mistakes so they don’t happen again. We’re trying to get a reimbursement but things are moving slowly Anyone have a contact who can help? Legally, this shouldn’t even be possible. An LLC paying EU VAT on top of Amazon Ads invoices.

People always ask me what banking we do use in the US. Although I’m not a fan of several bankings at the same time, we are operating actively on a few right now for different purposes. This is my opinion the way to go for remote banking, very good experience with all of these. - Revolut - Wise - Slash - Mercury Optional: - BOA I have heard good stories about Chase, who could confirm?

Crazy to think that two years ago we hadn’t even started the brand, and no clue what retention really meant. Now we’re pulling in a few million in returning customer revenue alone. Ask me anything 🤏
