I like software to be usable, reliable, and performant (in that order). I wake up to nudge the world forward in that direction. Currently working on @AskHerald.

So I suck at them social medias. I wrongly scheduled this tweet 5 days too late. We launched on ProductHunt last Friday. Fortunately, we still had a great launch and finished the day as the #3 app of the day. If you haven't checkout Herald, please do: heraldhq.com

Pretty awesome how their customers feel so positively about @searchlight_ai. Love the specificity of the question they ask their customers: what they can do to improve by 1 point.
I recently learnt from @kerryxwang and @AnnaXWang what their team at @searchlight_ai does to make a customer say that "Searchlight is a part of [our] company rather than two different companies." Read more about how Searchlight earns customer trust at heraldhq.com/userstand/how-s…

One of my best Userstand conversations so far!
Had the privilege to speak with @brexHQ Head of Customer Experience Lucas Parelius recently. I learnt how a first principles approach helps Brex delight their customers with an A+ experience. Check it out on the Userstand blog: heraldhq.com/userstand/how-a…

Herald now allows you to persist customer feedback you get on your Slack user community and shared private channels.
💬 Herald's newest integration allows you to add customer quotes directly from a conversation in @SlackHQ. This is especially useful if you have a Slack-based user community, shared private channels with customers, or if your team discusses product ideas and feedback over Slack!

While building products, @jayisms and I struggled to keep all our customer feedback from Intercom, Slack, and Notion organized/accessible. We built Offsi to bridge that gap between customer problems and product teams! 🚀 Check us out on @ProductHunt! producthunt.com/posts/offsi

I was there
Best part of the demo day experience was a serendipitous office hours session with @jesslivingston and @paulg as they waited for their Uber.
