1/8 I was recently asked by @mind2motion2 if I thought the @SportForLife_ Long Term Athlete Development Model (#LTAD) didn't work. Difficult to say. There aren't any studies examining the effectiveness of the model. But I do think it's flawed. Here are some resources to consider:
