Glad there's a day dedicated to HealthCare Workers
Whether Surgeons or Health Care Assistants,
it can be forgotten that those dealing with traumatised patients can themselves become traumatised by their experiences, the pressures of those responsibilities
Today is dedicated to honouring the memory of colleagues who have died by suicide and to continue to promote awareness and discussion on how to prevent it.
It also serves as a reminder that suicide can affect us, our friends and our colleagues.
