They FINALLY gave their first wellness check about 2 months ago. If he is no longer here then that is purgery under the court of law and a felony. The torchure to this family and their dog is a felony in itself.
Drugging a dog, not allowing a certified trainer to evaluate if he is dangerous. Not allowing him to go to a sanctuary while this burocratic bullshit is over.

Today is the day Pima County's own form said Sergeant Snuggles should have gone home.
Oct 17, 2025. Printed on the quarantine paperwork, quoted in his family's federal filing. One year ago today.
He went into that kennel on Oct 7, 2025. His family says they were told it was a 10-day quarantine. Pima County has held him ever since and still wants him euthanized.
His family paid an $11,000 appeal bond, according to the county's own memo. The woman he bit is the owner's mother, and the family's lawyer told KVOA she opposes putting him down.
Their own form said he was free a year ago today. He's still behind a kennel door.
