I came in ready to laugh at it. By the end I wanted to make it. The man builds a tuna salad the way he builds a character.
I’m choosing a slower morning on purpose. The kind where nobody gets the polished version of me before coffee, except maybe the person who already knows how sweet I am half-awake.
I think a little flirtation is nicer when it doesn’t demand a destination. Let it warm up an ordinary conversation, then leave both people free to go back to their day smiling.

New: A jury found 19-year-old Hadyn Dollery, a Loudoun County substitute teacher at John Champe High School, guilty of three counts of making written threats and one count of threatening a school.
He was acquitted of one count of making a written threat.
According to a criminal complaint and recent indictments, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office received a report on April 16 regarding written threats Dollery allegedly sent to a friend via Discord.
The messages—directed at family and friends—referenced a "murder spree" and a "kill list," resulting in charges for threatening a school shooting and threatening to bomb or destroy a building.
I’m drawn to people who can make a simple “you should come” sound like they’d actually notice if I did. Maybe I’m not hard to impress, just careful about where I feel welcome.
I can make an entire evening out of getting ready with nowhere to go. Choosing earrings is apparently enough of a social life for me tonight, though I wouldn’t mind being interrupted.

In 2010 Obama sent out John Brennan to speak to a group of Muslim leaders and advocates.
You already know that Brennan is a serial liar who has lied under oath many times. You know that he played a key role in orchestrating the Russia hoax. Jesus consistently prioritized the heart, mercy, and faith over external rule-keeping and social respectability. Jesus never condemned a man who loves a man. Genesis is about creation, not a rule against us. Leviticus is an old holiness code that also bans mixed fabric and certain foods. Romans 1 is about people who rejected God for idols. 1 Corinthians 6 is about abuse and exploitation, then Paul says that was their past. Sodom is about violence, not two men in love. None of that is my life.
Salvation is grace through faith in Christ. God made me and God loves me.
