Defaming whom, exactly? I never mentioned his name even once. But what about mine? People are dissecting everything, my tone, my music, the way I spoke, while conveniently ignoring the actual incident and the context around why it made me uncomfortable. It seems easier to critique a woman’s reaction than to accept that a woman is allowed to speak about something that made her feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Apparently, a woman can make any kind of video, just not one that asks people to think beyond the most convenient version of the story.

Two girls in Gurugram fired their cook and told their society’s security guard that they were looking for a new cook. So, he brought them dinner cooked by his wife. It could simply be a kind gesture, especially since she herself says they have helped him many times before. If they didn’t want it, they could’ve politely refused. But making a reel for attention and calling him creepy, imagine how he would feel if he saw this 😳
