A study should be done for the entire Hulhumale Phase 1 and Phase 2 on why road and tower incidents are so common.
Are they caused by people breaking the law or carelessness, stress or other reasons?
Traffic flows, peak hours, driver data, speed data, road dimensions, vehicle types, parking spaces, roundabouts, age, gender, occupation and similar factors can be studied against many variables over time with AI models over.
We need to find the root causes for better polices and regulations.
