You're getting $100 CPAs at a small budget. You're excited. You try to "scale" by cranking the budget. ...and it all falls apart.

Here's the truth: You don't have a scaling problem. You have a process problem.

You get the market right and you're 50%-75% there to the money.
I've seen shit offers make millions in a hot market, and offers created by the best of the best flop in bad markets.
So if you're struggling to make money in the game, chances are, you picked the wrong market, because not all markets are created equal, some are big, some are small, some are hot, some cooled off.
2-3 years ago I created some of the hottest crypto offers in the game that made millions and then went on to create the biggest A.I. offers.

here are the more important lessons I’m bringing with me into the next chapter of my life:

I started building a swipe file which includes:
- actual film work

If you are seling a service there is literally only one thing you need to BRAINWASH yourself with.
You are not selling the labour, you are selling the outcome.
And if your service is ANYHOW directly measured in money/revenue/profit/growth - you literally don't need any other angle.
What 99% of you boys still do is selling the vehicle from point A to point B.
Wrong.
You should be selling point B.
"I'm gonna book you 15 appointments with your ICP / month or you don't pay."
No. Thats boring.
It screams MAYBE.
What it should be is:
"I'm gonna generate you additional 200k/mo in revenue and help you CLOSE at least 20% of that."
Now you are selling 40k/mo in new revenue and not 15 shitty appointments that might or might not become revenue after all.
AND you can expand your work that gives you opp to charge more.
Its so simple - but many of you don't know it as you never actually seen the inside of a company.
Founders HATE uncertainty.
CFOs hate it even more.
Boomer corporate entrepreneurs didn't had to live month2month and most of them built business over 20 year timeframe by taking a steady step by step angles.
The more traditional your client is the less apetite they have for risk.
You need to:
1. KILL WHAT YOU DO
2. Erase every OPTION to why they will say no
Your offer needs to be so stupid to decline then when you ask them on the call "Does it seems stupid to pass on this opportunity?"
They actually answer "Yes."
After that - you need to deliver.
It is absolutly mandatory to deliver.
Once you figure out how to tie your service to an outcome you start charging performance premiums.
And this is where you start racking > 10-15k/mo from account instead of your sheety 2.5k/mo.
Tie your existance to their dream outcome and be competent enough to deliver it.
Thats the sauce and 99% is not doing it cause you learned from the people who never did it themselves.
