This is how hard it *already is* to get assistance.
I tried to get the Overground. I arrived with plenty of time, but the assistance point was seemingly closed, no one visible behind the glass.
I can’t reach the window to bang on the glass, so tried shouting “hello?” for ages.

For 4 years we have provided creative support for bereaved parents. This award demonstrates the longevity of the project & it's ability to continue to grow & develop.
