Back to where it all began 🏡 4 years ago, String of Hearts started as a seed of an idea after getting together with older adults in our town centre.
Yesterday we enjoyed going back to Sale town centre with one of our groups to write a new song all about our community 💛

This funding will help us to support people living with dementia and their carers through music.
