Bishnoi runs his gang like a Zomato or Uber. His hitmen are untrained, poorly compensated and have bad quality weapons. Instead of a first class flight to Dubai, they took a second class train to Kota. Bishnoi's gangsters are gig workers earning money through low paid jobs and supplementing their income with hit jobs. Bishnoi operates at scale with a distributed workforcw operating in a hub and spoke model.
