⚡Thrilled to share that I have been interviewed for Sunday Brunch by the sharp and widely respected Edwin Dorsey, one of New York’s most brilliant investors. This isn’t just any newsletter — it goes out to 12,000+ serious market participants: hedge fund managers, allocators, and deep-dive investors who value unconventional thinking. Edwin typically features top-tier U.S. fund managers, and I am grateful to be the third Indian ever to be interviewed. Thank you so much for your love, support and blessings. readideabrunch.com/p/idea-br…

Your greatest edge in the market is not your strategy, but your ability to execute that strategy without emotional interference and with correct position sizing consistently over time. - Steve Burns

⚡️Why don’t people follow their process and take stop loss? Most of the people are unable to take the stop loss as they think what if the stock reverses once I sell. Even this situation has to be imbibed in your process that if I take stop loss ten times, one time it will reverse exactly from where I sold. Still it will protect me the other nine times. Don’t let that one time throw you away from your process. Discipline is the key !!

⚡️Must Watch !! Social media is not a bad place. But using it randomly can be. In a bull market, every ₹1–2 move had a 🚀 attached to it. But when the same stocks fell 40–50%, many of those updates disappeared. That’s why we need our OWN routines. Weekly. Quarterly. Yearly. Use social media to your advantage but let your process decide what you track, not the noise.

⚡️Not even my closest friends know this: The first flight I ever took in my life was to London to study at LSE. Until then, I had never even stepped onto an airplane. So for someone like me, studying at the London School of Economics once felt like a ridiculously far-fetched dream. And then one day, that dream became my boarding pass. Dreams really do come true. #LSEAlumni ❤️

⚡️One of the simplest habits that changed everything for me: Whenever I meet someone who knows more than me or has achieved more in a particular area, I don’t try to prove how smart I am. I listen. I take notes. I ask questions.

Instamart grew GOV by 40% this quarter. The more strategic signal may be the 400+ brand partnerships signed during the same period. Q1 FY27 gross order value reached ₹7,907 crore, up 40% year on year. Yet management’s own readout points to a much larger opportunity. Wallet share among core customers remains modest, while infrequent users still contribute a relatively small part of overall spending. Instamart is addressing this through Switch, a retail proposition built around exclusive brand collaborations, platform-specific pricing and SKUs available only within its ecosystem across food and non-food categories. Alongside Switch, the company is expanding its owned and curated assortment. No!ce is evolving beyond a standalone private label into a broader platform play focused on quality at accessible prices, while Nectr is scaling its fresh-produce proposition. The strategy connects two important sides of the marketplace. Customers gain a stronger reason to open the app first, while brands receive access to high-intent demand, faster product discovery and a platform for testing new products, pack sizes and price points. Here is the scale supporting that ambition:- * GOV is targeted to cross ₹1.5 lakh crore by FY31, compared with ₹28,000 crore in FY26 * The platform serves 14 million monthly transacting users across 130+ cities through 1,200+ dark stores * More than 45% of the dark-store network is contribution-margin positive * Five of the seven largest cities, including Bengaluru, are already profitable Quick commerce is entering the phase every scaled marketplace eventually reaches. Logistics becomes table stakes, while differentiated supply begins shaping customer preference. Delivery speed can be matched. Discounts can be copied. A differentiated basket, built through exclusive partnerships, owned brands and customer insight, takes far longer to recreate. Order value measures spending within a transaction. Wallet share measures how deeply a platform becomes part of a household’s shopping behaviour. Switch is the bet aimed at the second number, and that could define the next growth chapter for Instamart. livemint.com/companies/news/…
