I’m now 73.5yrs. Started smoking at 14/15yrs as one did in those days … sigh.
Switched to vaping around 2012.
Since then my asthma has disappeared, my lung capacity is now normal for my age.
OK, I can’t run a marathon but I’ve never tried - I’m bone idle. 😊
