The PLAINTIFFS have a better attorney than you could ever be. You spend an awful lot of time running your mouth on YouTube. Mattei and Tuxbury try cases. Not even close. 1. Calling someone a murderer is defamatory per se. Damages are presumed. 2. Her Anti-SLAPP argument already failed in the lower courts. Falsely calling someone a murderer is not protected speech. I'll bet you $100 right now that the denial is upheld by the SJC. 3. Shes in her 40s, plenty of time to garnish her earnings. ~40 more years minimum unless her rampant alcoholism takes her early. 4. She's literally in messages engaging in conspiracy with Aidan Kearney. 5. Most people who saw A Body In The Snow did not walk away finding Karen Read sympathetic. Just wait until a global audience is exposed to the truth about it. You won't have to wait long. You don't practice law in Massachusetts. Honestly it is dubious whether you practice law at all. Seeking legal recourse against those who have harmed you is not "seeking revenge". It is how we deal with these types of harm in America.
If the house defendants would be able to think clearly or get good legal advice they would drop Karen Read from their defamation case and just proceed against turtle boy. (And I acknowledge that TB has a number of strong defenses too but thats not the point of this post) 1) The only statements that arguably have any chance are the statements made to Terry Meurer which according to my understanding were never published. So very minimal damages. 2) Her Anti-Slapp argument is very solid 3) She is uncollectible. 4) They will have a very difficult time legally tying her to turtleboy to satisfy a conspiracy theory and even if they do again she is uncollectible. 5) The jury would have much more sympathy for them if they just proceed against TB instead of trying the whole trial to convince them that Karen who is a much more sympathetic defendant was somehow involved. However if their point is just to satisfy their own personal animosity toward her by keeping her named as a defendant regardless of the merits or negative effect on the dollar amount they can potentially recover, they would keep her in the lawsuit despite the detriment to their own case.

We all ignored it at the time. She then used her lie to elicit donations from her fans by putting the below scroll on her show. She has some damn nerve to do what she's done to Tuesday and Truth when they were nothing but gracious to her.

Here is @RealNurseKim telling her audience earlier this year that I got her Venmo suspended. This led to a bombardment of hateful comments from her audience on my tweets. And it was a complete and utter LIE. Her Venmo was likely suspended because she was running an illegal raffle. Kim, to make false accusations is gross. To suggest a likeness of me be put on a piñata so that you and your weirdo followers could bash it is gross. And violent. I am so tired of bad faith actors.

Gloves OFF. This debate was an absolute MASSACRE. Out of respect for my two friends, I honored their wishes and refrained from commenting on Nurse Kim’s disastrous performance. But that debate exposed just how little these grifters actually know about the John O’Keefe case, despite spending YEARS publicly accusing innocent people of murder, smearing reputations, and profiting from the narratives they push. And now? Rather than acknowledge how poorly that debate went, they’re selectively clipping the conversation, stripping away context, and attempting to rewrite what everyone heard for themselves. Go back. Listen to the ENTIRE debate. Share it. Let people hear the difference between knowing the evidence and simply repeating a narrative. Four years of accusations. Four years of profiting from John O’Keefe’s death. And when challenged on the actual evidence? An absolute embarrassment.

You may be wondering: why won't the "content creators" just apologize and admit they lied? After all, we've got them dead to rights, and at first glance, it would seem cheaper to just say sorry than spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in court. But they're just making a cold and ruthless business decision. If the "creators" apologize or give even one inch to the truth, they'll lose their loyal audiences. You know, the crazies who snort all the false "content" up their noses like a certain type of famous white powder. If they lose the crazies, the "creators" become irrelevant, insolvent, and out of business. Then they'd have to emerge from their hideouts, look for real jobs, and finally face the ultimate punishment of living in reality. It's all about profit. Racism for Profit. $$$. See, the "creators" don't care one lick about "social justice," or for that matter, justice of any kind. And the "creators" certainly don't care about the colors black, brown, or white. Instead, they care about only one color: green, green, green. That's why the "creators" will never turn on their audiences. Because the "creators" in fact don't create anything; all they do is destroy. And, of course, sell that destruction to their rabid followers and subscribers. The "creators" have decided that it's a better business decision to double and triple down on their lies, keep their audiences, and take their chances in court against our lawsuits. We'll soon find out whether that was a good business decision for the "creators." Hint: don't put any money on the "creators" unless you like betting on losing horses.

We're taking it WAY back. Almost all the way to the beginning. Before the headlines, before the catchy slogans and before the narrative took on a life of its own, there were court filings. Motions. Legal arguments. And a whole lot of claims being made by Karen Read and her defense team. This Sunday on The Attorney Files, we're digging into those early motions and filings to examine the story the defense was trying to tell the courts, the narrative being sold to the public, and how those claims stack up against the evidence, the record, and a little place we like to call REALITY. What was actually being alleged? What did the evidence support? What was conveniently left out? And how much of that early narrative survived when the facts started catching up? We're going back to the documents, connecting the dots, and separating what was argued from what was actually established. And fair warning...JULIE IS FIRED UP.🔥 🍿 YOU bring the popcorn. WE'LL bring the fire extinguisher.🧯 Join us THIS SUNDAY AT 7 PM ET for what promises to be a lively, unfiltered, and evidence-driven trip back to where it all began. Because narratives are easy to sell. The record is a little harder to rewrite. youtube.com/watch?v=9D7Vnw2K…

The TechStream data isn’t “junk.” A second chip-off conducted by the Commonwealth recovered an SD card that had been overlooked during the first chip-off, which was performed by defense experts with the Commonwealth present. That’s additional data, not proof that anyone manipulated evidence to fit a theory. The phone’s location data also needs to be described accurately. The location encompassed only a corner of the front of the house, during a 5–8 second window but the phone’s latitude and longitude remained unchanged. There is no evidence John entered the home. Waze data places the SUV at: • 12:20:43 — Maplecroft Road, traveling 10–20 mph
• 12:22:43 — Oakdale, turning onto Cedarcrest, traveling 10–30 mph
• 12:24:18 — SUV turns onto Fairview after the three-point turn, traveling 20 mph
• 12:24:38 — SUV comes to its first complete stop in front of the home near the flagpole. The “flights climbed” activity occurred while John was in the SUV with location and speed tracked by Waze. Additionally, the battery-temperature argument leaves out a significant detail: when John was moved to the stretcher, his phone’s temperature dropped to its lowest reading of the morning, 37°F. The argument that the phone must have died outside or reached a lower temperature assumes facts that the data itself does not establish. A phone’s battery temperature is not a direct measurement of a person’s body temperature. You can dispute the Commonwealth’s reconstruction, but calling the data junk, treating a brief location association as proof John entered the house, and asserting what the phone’s temperature must have been are interpretations, not definitive scientific findings. The evidence needs to be evaluated as a whole, not dismissed whenever it conflicts with a preferred narrative.

Lmao yeah, I'm sure that the high powered, high profile former federal prosecutor who took on Alex Jones and won the highest defamation award in history AND took on the federal government, with the army of prestigious attorneys across 2 firms is reeaaaallly worried about a handful of lawyers whose professional calendars are empty enough to allow them to be on YouTube all day.
Chris Mattei is going to fuck around and find himself with an army of LawTubers with large followings to fight against. Is he going to go after ALL of the Attorneys who think MA is full of bad cops, corruption, injustice and most importantly - don’t believe John was killed by Karen? Chris Mattei is going to succeed but not for the McAlberts.. he’s going to succeed for being the most hated attorney by other attorneys. Chris Mattei is gay, hates free speech and hates the truth.

Here’s an idea @DoctorTurtleboy: Stop filing pointless appeals and appeals of appeals and motions to stay pending appeal and appeals of denied motions to stay pending appeal and just accept discovery is upon you. You have nothing to hide anyway, right? You’d be in the same position you are now but would’ve saved yourself tens of thousands in wasted attorney fees.

Speech that is not protected is not "free speech". Falsely accusing people of heinous acts like murder is costly. Beg harder. Keep lying. But there's no way out. There was ZERO corruption. Both the CPD audit and federal investigation confirm that. It was all a fraud. There are consequences for the choices you've made, Aidan. You deserve all of them.
