Team Somerset bringing home the trophy 🫡🏆 Colleagues from Somerset FT and @swasFT joined forces to win the Exercise Medical Endeavour military event last weekend! From survival techniques to search & rescue, and even a time stretcher race, the team did amazingly!

I will argue all day long that ‘clinically led’ isn’t what creates successful digital transformation. For me it’s ensuring equity of voice and representation of all involved. Our ICS wide CxIO network includes non-clinicians and will include patient leaders.
