Dr. Shudbank Singh, Specialist Dr in General Medicine, Care of the Elderly & Palliative Care, and Rebecca Hooper, Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Burnham on Sea Community Hospital, have embraced the new Electronic Somerset Treatment Escalation Plan form in the SIDeR!
Over the coming weeks we will be supporting the transition to the Electronic Somerset Treatment Escalation Plan (eSTEP) on SIDeR+ all areas within @SomersetFT
