Today is on of those rare days that you can actually hit the beach and enjoy being outdoors

A laptop is much more versatile. I love WFH but I constantly need to escape to other spaces such as coffee shops.

Can you share more about your SEO journey?
For example learning of how you would start today knowing what you now know.

"Don't be afraid to act. Be afraid of living a life that seems more like a résumé than an adventure."
— Million Dollar Weekend
A résumé is a paved trail. Building a company is off-trail, some days the best view of your life, some days you're lost. I'll take the second one.

I'll answear this with a quote I love:

I'm in the same boat, building on the side while being an outdoorsy parent. I'd love to keep in touch and connect more about the outdoors and/or software building!

It blocks the next chapter while a commitment is unreviewed, so you can't outrun it by reading ahead.
One live commitment at a time; three skips means the plan is wrong, not you.

This is problem that I find my self into when reading books, I thought other people might have this as well!

Something that has help me is to have a plan when I start the day. So I plan with Claude at night as much as I can and in the morning before kids wake up I start implementing what I planned. Then keep the loop, it's hard but it's worth it!

Nothing better than having fun while getting rich so ideally something that excites you and sparks your creative side that could potentially make money.
Also: the takeaway gets written AFTER you do it, never from the text.
"The idea was never the bottleneck. One text to someone who already knew the answer beat 18 months of solo building."
No summary could produce that line. It's the part that's yours.

The trick is it uses the AUTHOR's exercise, not an invented one, and sorts each into:
in-session → you answer it right now, in the chat
in-field → needs a place, a person, a time. this one becomes the commitment.
What it produces, from Million Dollar Weekend (@noahkagan) ch 2 (the Coffee Challenge) :
"At Blue Bottle on 2nd, Tue 8:20am, order the usual and ask for 10% off. Say nothing after asking. First move is walking in without your phone in your hand."
Not "practice asking." That.
You read the book. You highlighted the good parts. You did none of it.
So I built a Claude Code skill that goes chapter by chapter and won't let one end without a dated action and a first physical move.
