Absolutely appalling customer service @BootsHelp @BootsUK. I returned an item on 6 Oct & am still waiting for my 拢269.99 refund. TEN emails later, with repeated promises & no resolution, my messages are now being ignored. No product, no refund, no answers. How is this acceptable?
