The network analysis package @igraph2 will receive funding from @cziscience. Networks form a critical component of quantitative science studies. Packages such as igraph help to simplify scientometric analyses, and we are excited to see it receive funding.

Almost five years after the previous release, we today release version 0.8.0 of igraph's C core. It is a major improvement with several new features, performance and robustness improvements, and many bug fixes. See our website igraph.org/ for more details.
