The Fed recently released data suggesting that young adults are getting poorer. As the WSJ put it, "wealth increased 37% for Americans 75 and older, while it declined 23% for people under 35." But "under 35" in 2022 and "under 35" in 2025 are different people. If you follow the same people over time you can see that everybody—even young adults—are getting richer.

Boomers retiring now will get less than those retiring in 2050 over a lifetime.

Boomers tackled the 1970's economy, a huge crime wave, Cold War, housing affordability (1977-89) worse than now, built Silicon Valley and biotech. IDK what you're thinking, perhaps you're limited in scope.

The whole boomer hate thing is an orchestrated psyop. If you are currently anti boomer you are being manipulated…
Russ Greene is an NGO parasite and he wants you to believe that your enemy is a demographic that’s overwhelmingly white, conservative, and has provided a massively positive net fiscal contribution.
If you consider yourself right wing and you fall for this, you’re an idiot.

Students supported Mao
Students supported Castro
Students supported Khomeini
Students supported Hitler
Students supported Mussolini
If find yourself blindly supporting every student lead movement, you’ll be wrong very often, in many eras, on many issues.
A good rule of history: if you find yourself opposing a student movement while siding with the ruling class, you're wrong. Every time, in every era, whatever the issue.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Student movements have not always been on the right side of history. Mao's student Red Guards persecuted hundreds of thousands. Students helped Castro and Khomeini rise to power, and Nazi student groups opposed the Weimar Republic.

Nostalgic memes spread misleading messages, like:
“Once, families could own a home & send their kids to college on one income.”
But the homes were smaller.
Most kids didn’t go to college.
The memes ignore facts.
We give them to you:
Bigger Homes, Better Cars, Longer Lives: The Truth About Today
Nostalgic memes are all over the internet, spreading false messages like this: “Once upon a time, a family could own a home, a car & send their kids to college, all on one income.” But it’s a myth.

Caleb Hammer completely unloads on a Louisiana couple after learning their $100,000 household is collecting $500 a month in FOOD STAMPS.
That’s $6,000/year in TAX-FREE income.
HAMMER: “That PISSES me off.”
That $6,000 cushion is exactly what lets them blow $3,600 a year eating out.
Taxpayers cover the groceries so they can hit the restaurants.
Hammer was so disgusted he stopped talking to them and started ranting under his breath, while the couple sat frozen in stunned silence.
Maybe everyone gaming the system should have to sit across from a taxpayer and explain themselves.
Something tells me the look on Hammer’s face will haunt them the next time they eat out.

China’s economic growth engine is falling behind Taiwan, and the gap is widening fast. Normally, poorer nations grow much faster than wealthy developed ones. Yet higher-income Taiwan is completely outpacing China.

This woman worked with the homeless in Maine. She’s so angry about what’s happening to her state she can’t even speak without getting mad
She says homeless are being flown into Maine to live off the system, “It’s a lifestyle” and the homeless have no requirements to do anything. They are just handed everything for free and can go out into the public and do whatever they want during the day
She says in additional to the homeless being flown into Maine to live off the government, Democrats on Maine are giving them everything they need to be drug addicts
It’s true, the homeless are being provides for free
- Sterile syringes, needles and injection supplies including cookers, cotton, tourniquets, etc
- Naloxone (Narcan)
- Fentanyl and xylazine test strips so users can check their supply before injecting or using
- “Boofing” kits which are needleless syringes, lubricant packets, saline tins and wipes for rectal administration of drugs
- Wound care supplies
- Safer-sex materials
- Free ongoing methadone and Suboxone programs (The woman says these programs are being abused)
Here are documented nonprofits and programs that pay for travel for the homeless
- Portland, Oregon’s Portland Solutions. Officials have explicitly mentioned sending people to Maine
- San Francisco’s Homeward Bound and Journey Home programs. These are city programs that have relocated thousands of homeless people out of the city by bus or other means to destinations across the United States
- There are For-profit “human brokers” in the addiction treatment industry where they take the homeless and send them to other states to get paid for enrolling them into treatment program. There are TONS of companies getting paid to do this
There are even medical facilities in California, Florida and all over that pay companies for referral fees for thousands of new patients every month
It’s a giant homeless industrial complex and it will only keep growing unless the money is cut off

China spent 37 years making sure its own people never see this footage.
Days after the June 4 massacre, a British ITN crew secretly filmed Beijing under occupation. Military convoys on the streets. Barricades. Soldiers in the middle of daily life. China was confiscating film from foreign journalists at the time, and much of what ITN shot never aired. The restored tapes are now online and spreading again.
Inside China, the images stay scrubbed from the internet. Many young people there have never seen the Tank Man photo.
A generation is growing up in China without ever seeing it.
WATCH: Britain’s ITN has released ~4 hours of previously sealed 1989 Tiananmen footage — filmed by the team that smuggled the tapes out of China.
The material, archived for ~35 years, includes a 2-hour crackdown compilation and 90 minutes of secretly filmed raw rushes from the days after, showing military trucks on Beijing streets, crowds, and the aftermath.

Was fairly pointed out to me that while 89% of seniors approve of taxing younger workers more (regardless of need, which is the distinction of my disagreement), so does a majority across most age groups.
It seems I stand with the 18-29 year olds rather than my own age cohort.
