Okay so the novelty of how much more beautiful midnight club Los Angeles looks on pc is gone.decided to go back to playing my Xbox series X save because the audio desync in cutscenes and even radio stations is annoying since the soundtrack is so good and I can't enjoy it properly

Turned off auto HDR and gsync and it seems to have fixed the issue. If I notice screen tearing (I don't even know what that is ngl) then I'll see what else to do but for now I'm done dealing with this
