We often sell to an ICP that isn't even our customer and then say we are not finding product-market fit.
Did this topic for the first time, and it was very insightful and something I enjoyed moderating, with Deepika, Suraj, Neeraj, and Priya as the panel members, with a deep level of expertise over the years in GTM and B2B Sales.
Spoke and discussed on various topics about
- how much automation is okay while you do Outbound.
- significance of humans and AI while doing Sales.
- identifying your ICP while you launch the product
- understanding and targeting the right ICP while you have multiple ICPs
- first 30 days of work while you just launched your product
Will keep continuing the series of "Cracking GTM", and till then, explore our upcoming meetups here luma.com/the-ecosystem-commu…

Classic launch day fud, if you’re shallow enough to judge based on colour of a persons skin you’re ngmi fren
Hosted @arc's mainnet launch at Zo House Bangalore last night, good energy, real builders.
Also want to say plainly, racism dressed up as "research" isn't welcome here. Judge the tech, not the person.

The start was unexpected, and we pulled off 60+ Bankers, Leaders, CXOs, and Investors in one room before the @GffFintechfest kickoff today.
The entire mixer was executed within 48 hours, from securing the venue to getting it set up, and then @VaaniHQ @TransBnkIndia PropelGo and @picxele came along to host it.

By 2030, one in five Americans will be over 65, and there are nowhere near enough caregivers to support them.
AI could help older adults live safely and independently through better voice interfaces, monitoring, robotics, and tools for family caregivers. It is one of the world’s largest and most underserved markets, and it is growing every day.
