Streaming seems like the best thing to happen to the music industry since the government created LSD, but musicians aren’t being fairly compensated.

Spatial audio AND hi-fi? Is it time to make the switch to @AppleMusic? Those in the know, how does the recommendation engine compare to Spotify?
Side note: bundling more features into the same low low price does not help the race-to-the-bottom shitshow in streaming (which mostly just ends up hurting artists) but Apple do pay more per stream, so swings and roundabouts.
BUT using music as a loss-leader for selling shiny oblongs also doesn’t really help culture or reflect the value it provides. Maybe I should go back to buying minidiscs. @cheriehu42 help!

Someone just pointed out that I always put my drinks down next to my nice coasters instead of on top and I think it’s because subconsciously I don’t want to ruin my nice coasters which I realize isn’t how coasters work. Please tell me I’m not the only one who does this?
