SwiftUI Tip 💡 Want a photo to develop like a Polaroid? Fade the image in while animating .saturation() and .contrast().

I was recently informed that I am being laid off from Apple. This website's format is too short for something like this in my opinion, but you can find my statement here. mbobpro.com/blog/a-career-up… Please reach out here or via my website if you want to chat!

Here’s the full iOS UI pipeline summary again. Print it out. Get it on a Displate. Share it on your socials for clout. Instead of a shadowy, scary group of lads, now you might see them as new friends. Perhaps you want to get a beer with them. I sure need one. Frankly, I don’t think I would have been able to code this UI pipeline from scratch. I probably wouldn’t even be able to vibe code it. Core Animation was the culmination of decades of evolution across both hardware and software. iOS is also a thing. Yeah, rendering’s hard and I’m tired, so please do me a favour and imagine a really nice conclusion, there you go. 🏳️Time to face obvious facts. iOS Dev courses are no longer viable income for me. I've been disrupted. I'm looking to join a team working on a cool iOS project (full-time or part-time contract). Remote. RT's are appreciated! DMs open.

So, if understand this correctly, @AzureDevOPs assigns a maximum number of organizations to an account. It's dynamic and they don't tell you what it is?

Any companies/startups looking for a cracked SwiftUI engineer? Preferably remote opportunities, but might be open to relocating if you’re building something super interesting. Must be okay with me also building stuff on the side. Here’s an example of something I’m building on the side. I did the design, backend, & frontend work. Native & multi-platform.

Today is launch day: I've released Context, a fully native macOS tool for debugging MCP servers. It supports multiple simultaneous server connections and most major features of the MCP spec today (tools, prompts, resources, logs, OAuth). And it's completely free and open source
Inspired by @steipete and @mitsuhiko, I've been doing some "agentic engineering". Coming soon to a Mac near you.
