Great to see, well done @RachLSingleton another key piece in our training portfolio sitting beside an Introduction to Design Thinking in the NICS Leadership Programme. This is as well as our stand alone offerings of 'Write Hooks' & 2 day Design Thinking Bootcamp. #Innovation
Yesterday @iLab_NI launched our service-wide training, introducing Leadership Program participants to #behaviouralscience. After 8yrs' project work, building awareness of the field and its importance, it's nothing short of a delight to watch the organisation embrace it.
A really interesting article from @beckymiller33 detailing the difference between #design and #digitaldesign. The #servicedesigners in @iLab_NI have experience of both and recognise the important distinction between them - really worth the 5 minute read.
