Indeed. @uclh and @iAndrology also screen pre-operatively for MRSA followed by eradication if indicated. Therefore, vancomycin may not play a significant role in our patient population too

Unfortunately, still no readily available access to food, hot or cold, during our night shift in the ITU / Recovery pods last night...apart from few miserable old looking sandwiches left over from earlier in the day. Be good to have 24hour access to hot food somewhere sometime...
