@stlcsb the end unit of 1620 N 14th has collapsed onto the sidewalk. Pedestrians should be warned and the sidewalk should be closed off.

Also this property on the Howard side has collapsed and a large metal piece was swinging dangerously in the wind yesterday. Pedestrians also should be protected here.

Hi @stlcsb - this LRA property is being demolished by a city contractor and they aren’t following the demo rules. No sign in the yard, they’ve allowed the demo to fall onto the sidewalk and just left it for days. Address is 3714 Cora.

Hi @stlcsb the South Grand CID failed to clear their sidewalks adjacent to the property at 3500 Hartford. This view is on the Arkansas side of the property. They did clear their parking lot, which doesn’t help pedestrians.

@stlcsb ongoing tornado collapse onto the sidewalk at 1152 Bayard. Could use some caution tape to block off the sidewalk and a pedestrian detour sign.

@stlcsb 1238 S Kingshighway has a lot of issues. This is a property hit by the tornado that now has dumped trash, an uprooted tree blocking the sidewalk, vines that have grown from the house onto Kingshighway, and I was forced to walk into traffic.

The failure of the sky lounge structure may be able to be attributed to the lack of support for the exterior walls. Here are pictures from construction. There wasn’t much of a structure at the corners. The window frames may have been stronger.
