NEW EVIDENCE suggesting it is LUCY CRAIG, per lawsuit: - Was 20 in Oct 2024; birthday is somewhere around Oct 10th 2004 - is from a small town 1,000 miles away (Indian Springs village is 1,100 miles away outside Birmingham, important detail, and a town of 3,000 people, top private school) - abruptly stopped posting in Ithaca at the end of 2024 - posting gap after incident, 5-month break after November (when it was reported) until March; comments are disabled throughout the page - was in Tri Delt, now deleted post other, Tri Delt still follows her, she doesn’t follow Tri Delt, Tri Delt has left her in videos with other members in short frames but has no individual posts - talked about how her life was a mess around the same time period - Craig’s IG isn’t reacting to any comments, has tons of posts with comments disabled though - transferred to UA Birmingham, for no apparent reason! - has gay pride posts on her page (lol - personal speculation, but definitely has the “aesthetic” of a ketamine/weed/alcohol rave girl - still lives in NYC (lawsuit alleges that’s where she resides) - and, most critically, the LAWYER is tied to BIRMINGHAM - Cornell students across the board allege she is the girl Evidence against: a discrepancy in enrollment So, for this to NOT be her, someone has to meet ALL of the above criteria AND be from Birmingham and be a class ahead, basically from the same school (best school in the area) Unless someone is trying to mislead us So, I can't confirm it's her, but this is the evidence
