Asking mobility data from Norway; one can see a 150% increase in the number of Ukrainians present in Norway (counting foreign SIM-cards registered in Telenor's network). Aggregated over all Fylker the increase goes from 4.200 (Feb 15-22) to 11.000 (March 17).
