But are we really gonna do that thing where we act like it's fair other countries were charging us much higher tariffs than we charged them? And look, I know there's the USD being the world reserve currency piece of it all, and so we can just print money and buy anything we want, but are we really gonna do that thing where we say that policy is benefitting our manufacturing industrial base? I overheard some boomer saying he was mad his 401k was down 5% this year and I was like wait, what?? You had several decades of a bull market in both stocks and bonds, are you really that annoyed you can take only 6 cruise vacations this year instead of 7?"
