Revelation from conversations this weekend. Boris saved by changes to the Highway Code. MAMIL’s have replaced the PM as enemy number one.
Anyway, the conclusion one wants from an inspector is this, "For all of the above reasons, I consider that the costs in the Appellant’s FVA are likely to be too high and the values too low." From trafford.gov.uk/planning/dev… via @horatiohound

So far -- emphasis so far -- UK weekly death toll from all causes this year is below the five-year average. But note how we catch up with the average by March 20. The past two weeks and the next two will be crucial in measuring Covid-19's impact on UK deaths.
Replying to @EdConwaySky
Given there are plenty of question marks abt what constitutes a “genuine” #COVID19 death, a key measure of the severity of this crisis will be whether the bars in this chart significantly overshoot the 5yr average. This data comes out each week. I'll be keeping a close eye on it

So #Ryanair, you chose not to pay the Split airport charges and leave over 100 people in a closed airport overnight. Get someone here pronto
#Ryanair sat in a closed Split airport, no offer of hotel, no info, no Ryan Air staff, no F&B vouchers. Where are you?! #Ryanairdoesnotcare
The reduction in the UKIP vote has to be the bright spot of this election.
