A diet that is making every aspect of your health better cannot possibly be bad for your heart at the same time. Someone who fixes their obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, inflammation, etc., is NOT going to have a heart attack because LDL went up. This makes zero sense.

1/3 Statins are THE gateway drug to ‘Polypharmacy’. Statins can cause Parkinson's Disease which is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Many people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease need to take more than 20 pills a day to control their symptoms /2

2/3 with an inconsistent effect. While this is a cash cow for the pharmaceutical industry, you have to wonder how different life would have been for these people if they’d never taken a Statin drug. I’m not suggesting every case of Parkinson’s Disease is caused by Statin /3

1/3 * Traditional populations with no heart disease have healthy cholesterol levels, which are often higher than baselines for Western societies. * Cholesterol reference ranges are not a ‘one size fits all’ * Reducing natural saturated fat will not improve your heart health /2

1/5 Statins are Mycotoxins: Statins do their damage in two ways. By their Mevalonate Blockade and their Toxic content. The lactone ring of Mycotoxins such as Ochratoxin A mimic the HMG-CoA Reductase molecule in order to inhibit it, which in turn enables Statins to block the /2
Statins have zero physiological relevance to heart disease and major toxicity directly caused by interfering with cholesterol biosynthesis. They should all be withdrawn. ⁦@holmanm⁩ ⁦@LDLSkeptic⁩ ⁦@ElieJarrougeMD⁩ frontline.news/post/choleste…

4/5 Statins are toxic to every cell in your body, Hence the very serious health issues people experience while taking statins. The toxicity of Statins is what enables them to artificially lower cholesterol.

5/5 This does not translate to improved heart health. You just killed a lot of cells to make your 'numbers' look good (on paper only) !

Every single major Physician Society and Medical Association in the United States is corrupted to the core. Look at who funds them, even today. I am not a member of any. Wouldn’t go near any of them. All untrustworthy. Every.Single.One

1/2 Eating eggs: The composition of LDL particles is significantly altered; the core becomes enriched in esterified cholesterol at the expense of Triglycerides. Esterification of cholesterol is a universal mechanism to store and transport large quantities of cholesterol
To everyone I told to eat fewer EGGS to help their cholesterol: As a Doctor: I’m SORRY! It takes a while for an MD to deprogram themselves from the Matrix. This is only one of MANY pieces of Misinformation I was taught, by a corrupted academia on the payrolls of Big Food

1/4 Describing all conceivable oxidations in our body is impossible. Even covering only oxidation of LDL-carriers is complex: lipids, proteins, DNA, & other molecules can oxidise. There are more than 200 types of cholesteryl esters that can oxidise by numerous free /2

4/4 the foam cell) The overall message is avoid seed oils, sugar and processed carbs keeping glucose/insulin in check, and don’t blame cholesterol for what the oxidisers did. Oxysterols are sterols derived from the oxidation of the cholesterol molecule.
