🚨 TRUTH: This young French woman just said what millions of Europeans are THINKING, and she says she could be PROSECUTED for it. She watched the historic Limoges town hall burn and said what every patriot feels: it's not "just a building." Her ancestors built France, and she's done apologizing for it. She says the open-borders crowd's "suicidal empathy" is killing her country, and she's right. France let in millions, put them on the welfare state, and the native middle class is getting taxed into the ground to pay for it. Now Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Limoges are on fire. A country that won't defend its own people won't stay a country for long. America, take notes.
I’m furious and heartbroken to see my country like this. I could be prosecuted for this, but so be it. It needs to be said. Our empathy is killing us. I stand with MY people, and they’re not my people. Share this. We’ve had enough, and time is running out for France.

I’m afraid to say that the situation in France isn't going to get any better; it’s actually going to get worse, and it’s going to trigger much bigger structural shifts all over Europe and Canada. The problem here isn't just about a few bad policies or a shaky economy. The crisis runs much deeper. It’s the culture. Living here in Montreal, I see the exact same thing happening, and it really comes down to a cultural disease. If you look at their history, there’s this deep-rooted, romanticized obsession with revolution that has left them with an inherent suspicion of authority, order, and discipline. In their value system, breaking the rules and creating chaos are somehow seen as progressive signs of freedom. They are stuck in this dramatic, permanent state of resistance, always acting like they are fighting some evil tyrant—completely failing to realize that the fight is over. They aren't oppressed teenagers anymore; they are the ones running the system now. But because they view any kind of order as evil, they refuse to take any accountability. Whenever things go wrong, their first instinct is total denial and looking for a scapegoat. Just look at Emmanuel Macron yesterday. Finally after stepping out of a Céline Dion concert, he sits down to talk about the country's massive crisis, and what does he do? He completely sidesteps the real issue—which is the disastrous immigration policies that brought dangerous elements into France—and instead blames economic distress, pointing his finger outward at the war in Iran, the Strait of Hormuz, and basically implying it's all Trump's fault. You see this exact same parasitic mindset on a macro level, too. Look at Canada. Down here, people in Alberta are at a breaking point with Quebec. Alberta is out there actually producing wealth and working hard, while Quebec just sucks it dry, takes massive equalization money, pushes terrible policies, and acts completely arrogant and entitled while giving nothing back. Eventually, the productive provinces are going to say enough is enough and just break away. Currently there is a referendum ongoing in Alberta, with this question: ”should Alberta remain a province of Canada?” In Europe, it's heading the same way. The EU might not officially break apart on paper, but in reality, countries aren't going to let France drag them down with it. Pretty soon, neighboring nations are going to lock down their borders and shut things down to protect themselves from the chaos. Just last week, I was talking to some of my Québécois friends about all this. When I simply mentioned that the Liberal government is incompetent and corrupt, they totally flipped out—mostly because they’ve all voted Liberal, and they immediately treated me like some kind of alien just because oh you support Trump. They completely lack the capacity to accept they are the problem not @realDonaldTrump. What gets me is this bizarre, endless tolerance they have for their living standards dropping lower and lower day by day, while they just stay quiet and take it. Coming from an Iranian background, where striving, working hard, and constantly trying to improve your life is just second nature, watching people quietly accept such a low and declining quality of life is mind-blowing. So this couple drinking their coffee while their neighbours are being looted, is shocking but not new to me. At the end of the day, it really just comes down to culture.
Crazy video of a French couple enjoying drinks and cigarettes at an outdoor café near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris as rioters and looters fight riot police and set fires just 50 meters behind the couple

🚨 WHILE FRANCE BURNS, POLAND IS PERFECTLY CALM. Polish MEP Dominik Tarczynski walked through Krakaw late at night to show Europe what safe looks like. There were no riots, no burning buildings, and no police lines. "Look how safe we are. Churches are safe. Because we did not let them in. Zero means zero." Poland refused the EU's migrant relocation quotas. The EU's top court ruled against it, and Poland still didn't budge. Tarczynski summed it up: "'Be like Poland' means be brave." This is a choice. France chose open borders, and Poland chose its own people. Look at the results. America, be like Poland.

I book-marked this. For some reason. I feel that most people of the West know exactly what they've been red-hot poker forced to 'accept' under the guise of "multiculturalism" without integration by their "leaders". One only has to look around. I also feel that most people are trying to be benevolent as with the COVID con, but feigned benevolence with a thick coat of caramel ignorance is worse than nothing at all.
As France is burning, I keep thinking of what the UAE Foreign Minister said a few years ago 👇 He accurately predicted this.

Today’s Fruit Is Basically Candy That Grew on a Tree Your grandparents’ apples and bananas were not as sweet as the ones in the store right now. Farmers spent decades breeding fruit to be bigger, softer, and packed with more sugar. The result is fruit that looks healthy but delivers a sugar load much closer to soda than the wild versions animals used to eat. Zoos even stopped giving most fruit to monkeys and other animals because the modern versions made them fat and rotted their teeth. Bananas are a clear example. Old British food records from the 1950s and 1960s show a typical banana had about 16 grams of sugar per 100 grams. Today’s numbers are higher, with some reports putting the increase around 25 percent from breeding aimed at sweetness. Apples and pears followed the same path. Older data showed their sugar levels roughly doubling over earlier decades, and U.S. figures once listed apples at 8–10 percent sugar before some climbed toward 15 percent. Watermelons, grapes, cherries, and peaches have also moved up the sweetness scale as breeders chased higher Brix scores. The main driver is deliberate selection. Growers keep the sweetest plants and discard the sour or bland ones. Lower acidity and bitterness make the fruit taste even sweeter. Warming temperatures and modern storage methods help lock in more sugar too. When Melbourne Zoo’s head vet looked at the problem, he said cultivated fruits had been changed to contain far more sugar than their ancestral versions. Primates and red pandas were gaining weight and losing teeth, so the zoo switched them to leafy greens and nutrient pellets. Wild fruit is still smaller, more fibrous, and less sugary. The supermarket version is the product of human choices aimed at making people buy more. That does not make whole fruit the same as a candy bar, but it does mean the sugar content is no longer the same as it was a century ago. The numbers show a clear shift toward sweeter fruit, and the animals in zoos noticed it first.

Exactly right. This is a battle between civilization and barbarism, nowhere more so than in Iran.
Take a break from the pro-Pali riots in France. And pay attention to the pro-Shah @PahlaviReza Iranian rallies in Düsseldorf and across Germany today. Unlike the pro-Palis who vandalize, burn, and loot, the Shah’s people are peaceful and civilized. Comment #JavidShah in support.

Obama is having a psychotic public meltdown over the raid on Ilhan Omar. He’s complaining Trump is weaponizing the DOJ despite the fact that the investigation was started by Biden and the search warrant was signed by a Democrat judge. Never forget Obama himself weaponized the entire Justice Department against a duly elected President. Obama was the one who ordered his own CIA to manufacture evidence against Trump. He’s panicking because he failed to take Trump down. Those who scream the loudest are most guilty.

TRUMP JUST SAID WHAT EUROPE IS TOO SCARED TO SAY. France is burning, and President Trump called it exactly what it is. When you open the doors to huge numbers of people who have no interest in your culture or your laws, you shouldn't act shocked when the streets go up in flames. Macron and the European elites spent years calling anyone who warned them a bigot. Their cities are on fire now, and they're still pretending it has nothing to do with who they let in. America came way too close to the same road with four years of wide open borders under Biden. Close the border, deport the illegals, and never apologize for protecting your own country.

The 2021 study published in the journal Nutrients (Barber et al., “Differential Effects of Western and Mediterranean-Type Diets on Gut Microbiota: A Metagenomics and Metabolomics Approach”). It was a randomized crossover trial with about 18–20 healthy men (ages 18–38). Participants spent two weeks on a fiber-enriched Mediterranean-style diet (mostly plant foods like vegetables, fruits, legumes, and limited animal products such as fish) and two weeks on a higher-fat Western-style diet (more meat, eggs, dairy, and less fiber), with a washout period in between. Key findings reported in coverage (including New Scientist): • On the plant-rich diet, the men logged about seven times more flatulence episodes per day (using a handheld counter). • Each event contained roughly 50% more gas (measured with rectal balloons after a bean test meal). • Stool volume roughly doubled (~200 g/day vs. ~100 g/day), though the number of bowel movements stayed similar. • This was linked to more fiber-fermenting gut bacteria producing gas (mostly odorless hydrogen, methane, and CO₂) plus short-chain fatty acids. Media headlines often framed it as “vegan men fart 7 times more than non-vegans/normal men,” but the plant diet was Mediterranean-style (not strictly vegan) and compared against a Western diet in the same men, not lifelong vegans vs. omnivores. The study’s abstract notes higher numbers of anal gas evacuations, more flatulence sensations, larger post-meal gas volume, and larger colonic content on the Mediterranean diet, with substantial shifts in microbial metabolism despite smaller changes in overall microbiota composition. Researchers and commentators (e.g., Rosemary Stanton) generally described the extra gas as a sign of healthy fiber fermentation and colon function rather than a problem. These conclusions were, of course, retarded!

This doco an absolute must watch. If you aren't left feeling completely betrayed by so-called "governing bodies" complete with an understanding that there could be no other outcome to what these greedy festering anuses ushered in, then you need to watch it again. Dudes get jumped by thugs and left bleeding a few clicks away from a fake "queer only" migrant "asylum" site. Meanwhile, they're mostly muslim, and guess what muslims don't condone. The whole thing is a scam and a lie, and even if the goal is not to destroy Western nations, this is the inevitable outcome. Assimilation is NOT built into this "model". It is VERY clear. The fact that this is all happening in tandem with censorship is a very bad sign that points to high treason (giving aid and comfort to those levying war) with the goal to destroy nations. What do we do? Wake up. Wake your neighbors up. Get the ones who let it happen - and continue to let it happen - OUT of decision-making positions. If democracy was ever actually a thing, then it needs some serious repositioning right now. There is so much corruption in humans now - it's almost impossible for me to fathom. They are like malware and they're ruining our world. Is this who we are? It's certainly not what we are.

“ALLAHU AKBAR!” FRANCE IS BURNING, AND OBAMA AND HIS COMRADES ARE CELEBRATING TONIGHT. I warned you back in 2017. Obama was backing Macron and intervening in France’s election while another Western nation faced a battle over its future. THE RED-GREEN ALLIANCE: MARXISM AND ISLAM. We are watching the slow death of Western civilization.

My friend Dr. Paul Byrne, who has spoken against “brain death” for many years, testified at a Pontifical Academy of Sciences meeting in 2005: “When organs are removed from a ‘brain dead’ donor, all the vital signs of the ‘donors’ are still present prior to the harvesting of organs, such as: normal body temperature and blood pressure; the heart is beating; vital organs, like the liver and kidneys, are functioning; and the donor is breathing with the help of a ventilator.” Furthermore, Bryne told the Academy, “After true death," he said, "unpaired vital organs (specifically the heart and whole liver) cannot be transplanted." Transplantation of unpaired vital organs is legal, but the important question for anyone is: "is it morally permissible to terminate a life to save another?" According to Pope John Paul II: “It is never licit to kill one human being in order to save another." The Catechism of the Catholic Church clearly states (2296): "It is morally inadmissible directly to bring about the disabling mutilation or death of a human being, even in order to delay the death of other persons." In his presentation to the Pontifical Academy, Robert Spaemann - a noted former professor of philosophy from the University of Munich - cited the words of Pope Pius XII, who declared that "human life continues when its vital functions manifest themselves, even with the help of artificial processes." Another 2005 PAS speaker, Dr. David Hill, a British anesthetist and lecturer at Cambridge, remarked that the acceptance of transplants hangs on the public's lack of understanding about the procedure: “For any other procedure, informed consent is required, but for this most final of operations no explanation nor counter-signature is required, nor is the opportunity given to discuss the question of anaesthesia."

More disturbing details: The rioters allegedly had a list of every Jewish business in the city, and planned the attack well before yesterday. It wasn't random - it was targeted. They took advantage of the chaos to carry out a pogrom.
All Jewish owned shops in Marseille have been vandalised, as well as a synagogue in Paris. Expect another 100,000 French Jews moving to Israel very soon and bringing both their businesses and wealth with them. Aliyah offices must be busy these days.

When you deny the genocide in Nigeria, you are denying the deaths of over a hundred thousand innocent people who were murdered just like this. You are covering for cruel, violent people what value power more than their own humanity. And you are condemning more people to die as you shield those who will come forward to kill them. You may think this is an African problem on the other side of the world. But that is not true. These people are right at your door, and you are the ones who brought them here. Their journeys funded in part by your tax dollars, their freedom to operate funded in part by your blindness, their ability to proliferate and grow fueled by those who chose not to see the truth.
Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, battling liver cancer, yesterday sat in a freshly dug mass grave with 4 bodies — a father and his 3 sons, all members of his church, killed in their sleep. He wasn't crying for himself. He was crying for those still alive in his congregation, who may be next. This is what Christian communities in Plateau State are facing every day. The killers identify as Fulani Islamist militants. The world calls it a clash. We call it what it is: annihilation. Don't look away.

🚨 JUST IN: Florida governor candidate Byron Donalds says France-style riots are DEAD ON ARRIVAL IN FLORIDA In FL, you can RUN OVER RIOTERS if they threaten you with severe bodily harm or death — and the LAW PROTECTS YOU ☀️ "That was NEVER going to be tolerated [in Florida]. You have leadership in Paris that allows these things to occur. They get out of control. People get harmed. Other people get caught in the way. Businesses are really damaged." "This is why so many people here in the United States, and quite frankly, other parts of the world have chosen Florida because they know that we are a safe state. We will REMAIN a safe state!" 👏🏻 Florida's anti-riot law provides an affirmative DEFENSE or civil immunity in lawsuits if a driver unintentionally injures or k*lls someone while fleeing a violent riot or mob — with a reasonable fear for their life FAFO.
