Before you end your Sunday, write down one thing you want your business to make possible and one thing you don’t want success to cost you.
- More income, but not your health.
- More customers, but not constant availability.
- More freedom, but not a business that collapses when you step away.
Use that answer to guide one decision this coming week.
Build toward a life you want to live, not just a business people admire..

A new week won’t change your life by itself.
But one decision, one uncomfortable conversation, one skill practiced, or one idea finally put into action could change the direction you’re heading.
You don’t need to have the entire week figured out.
Just stop postponing the move you already know you need to make.
Make this week count. Good morning..

Your AI startup doesn’t need another impressive demo. It needs to survive a question you didn’t prepare for.
Test the edge cases. Challenge the answers. Look for what breaks.
The goal isn’t to make your AI look intelligent. It’s to make your product dependable..

A founder built an AI assistant for online stores.
During every demo, it answered product questions perfectly. He launched with confidence.
Then customers started asking about unavailable sizes, delayed orders, and refunds outside the usual policy.
The assistant gave misleading answers. Support tickets increased, and the founder spent his launch week fixing problems instead of acquiring customers.
His mistake?
He tested whether the AI could answer questions not whether it could handle real customers.
A smooth demo can hide an expensive problem..

Your AI product passed the demo. Has it passed the real-world test?
A demo usually shows what happens when everything goes right.
Customers will show you what happens when it doesn’t.
Before launching an AI product:
1. Test incomplete and confusing inputs.
2. Ask questions outside its intended scope.
3. Check whether it admits uncertainty instead of inventing answers.
4. Test what happens when it fails.
5. Let real users try it and study where they struggle.
Don’t just measure how often your AI gets things right. Find out how it behaves when it gets things wrong..

Don’t design your business around growth alone. Design it around the life you want that growth to support.
Before your next big business decision, ask:
1. What do I want this business to make possible?
2. Which responsibilities do I never want to handle forever?
3. What can AI help me simplify or delegate?
4. Where will customers still need my personal attention?
5. What must change so the business doesn’t depend on me for everything?
Use AI to help build toward your definition of success not somebody else’s..

$SOFI reports Q3 on Tuesday and here are 3 things that I am watching:
1. Fee based revenue
This is the key to Sofi becoming less dependent on lending. Fee based revenue grew 25% YoY to $472.3M in Q2, after 23% in Q1. I want YoY growth back above 30%.
2. Returns on capital
Management’s long term ROTCE target is 20% to 30%, but returns are still in the single digits. I want to see Q3 net income grow faster than tangible book value.
3. Cross buy
This is the core to the everything app story. In Q2, Sofi added 2.2M products, twice as many as members for the first time and 51% of new products came from existing members. I want to see cross buy keep climbing.
Should the market value $SOFI as a bank with a lending business or as a tech platform?

A lot of people like talking about what they would do if they ever became rich.
You need to relax.
You may not even know your full potential until you get there.
So, get rich first.

The anti-hype filter:
• Ignore tips from people who still need a paycheck
• Remember a bull market makes everyone look smart
• Skip anything you can’t explain in one sentence
• Stay humble enough to know you can’t beat the system
• Focus on the goal, not the daily score

A stock can pay me before I own it, while I own it, and when I’m ready to sell it.
You don’t need to be a pro trader to do this.
Before I own it: I offer to buy it at a lower price. Someone pays me upfront for that promise.
While I own it: if it pays a dividend, the company pays me just for holding.
When I’m ready to sell: I pick a price I would be happy to sell at. Someone pays me for the right to buy it there.
It all starts with picking a stock you would actually want to own.

$GLD dropped 4.0% while oil gained 1.8% this week.
With risk assets down 1.4% and havens down 1.2% on average, capital isn't picking a clear direction.
If this holds, expect range-bound trading rather than a strong trend.
