Baker Falls is an ambitious new project that combines an all-day cafe, bar, community space & live music via the Knitting Factory brand at the former Pyramid Club at 101 Avenue A. Expected to open in the 1st quarter of 2023. [Pre-renovation pics from Saturday by @Joy_of_photos]

Love Not Money is a new record store & collectibles shop at 42 Eldridge St. between Hester and Canal. Selling new & used vinyl. Open daily from 10-6. The owner, Joshua Gabriel, used to manage City Fun in the East Village. [Pics here by @Joy_of_photos]

The 1st East Village Flea of 2021 at 1st Street & 1st Avenue is tomorrow (April 3) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aside from vintage clothing, handmade jewelry and vinyl records, there's live music: Claudi from Pinc Louds will play from 2:30 to 4; the Carvels NYC are on at 4:30.
