Yes National appears to be actively trying to kill off local GPs and allowing private equity companies to consume them, all while giving them our hard earned taxpayers money.

Your local GPs will disappear this is going unchecked. And now they can tender direct to government for funding with no local responsibilities

Government has cut funding to our North Shore Women's Centre, they will have to close after 37 years of phenomenal service to thousands of women and vulnerable children in our community. It will put women and kids at risk.

I am disappointed to hear that the North Shore Women’s Centre has had its funding removed by your government. It seems to me like you don’t actually care about women you just want to attack transgender people for cheap political points?

If so, why are so many staff and services being cut? Why is the North Shore Womens Centre having to close after 37 YEARS?
Sick of your bullshit. At least have the decency to own your awful, damaging policies.

Today @NZStuff revealed that OIA requests show the government instructed oncologists NOT to place patients into a free early access programme for cancer drug Keytruda.
They also revealed the PM's claims that his government had worked for months on cancer drug policy were false.

It's good to see a former Te Whatu Ora board member speaking up. What Dr Walker says here fits with the visible evidence – which is that the govt fucked up the Health budget. nzdoctor.co.nz/article/news/…

The govt says Health NZ has a 1.4bn deficit when the most recent report says otherwise; & that there's been a blowout on back office staff, when HNZ records show the back office is under budget but nursing recruitment is over.
Hard to avoid the conclusion that this all just lies.

@NewshubNZ have revealed Bill English was signed on to head the $500k review of Kāinga Ora weeks before Chris Bishop got official sign-off on the review.
The arrangement was made via text messages with Bishop promising no involvement from Kāinga Ora in the review of Kāinga Ora.

This seems like a fundamental mistake, one that goes right to the heart of what the Kāinga Ora "inquiry" was supposedly about. The fact that this criticism was withheld from the public document release is not okay. newsroom.co.nz/2024/05/29/ma…
