The HEX set up is such that the starting and ending of OA stakes can be done without flooding the market with new supply.
Technically when endstaked the HEX is minted and becomes part of circulated supply. However probably 90% is kept by the OA for future deployment.

I'd highlight the fact that the OA could end stakes and increase rewards at their discretion.
With HEX we have seen both ends of the spectrum. 38% APR and 4-5%. This demonstrates the ability to set monetary policy. I don't thinknits a concindence at all.

I like these types of quick cuts. I like to think of the OA as a governance tool. I call it guard rails a lot. Keeps traffic moving in a direction without going off the road.
