We've been blown away by the amount of press our small but mighty project Citizens House has garnered. Thanks to @dougalshawBBC for taking the time to cover us and get the word out - there are alternatives and stories of hope in the midst of London's housing crisis!
Here’s my video report on Citizens House in south London, where only locals can buy flats, at prices set to local wages. #mojo

Thank you for joining our experimental session to help students at @UCL_HWSB & @LCCLondon scope, define and validate their HIA project for @ForestCLT
It's been a pleasure getting to know our prospective residents who are all deeply committed to where they live in a variety of ways. I can't wait to see and hear about the relationships they make and how they choose to make this place home.
Community consultations began years ago at a garage site in Lewisham. This year, @LondonCLT welcomed residents to their 11 Discounted Market Sale community led homes in #CitizensHouse!
This is just one of several @LondonCLT inspiring projects
