Wishing everyone a wonderful festive time of year. Here's to successes, happiness and friendship in 2013! :-) #in

An idea for the theme of the next conference #kmaus - people focus and building collaborative culture for KM and organisations

#kmaus Jason Sharpe (Telstra) "knowledge can only exist in a human being". Agreed! It's a living breathing thing & where it's all at IMHO

#kmaus Toyota encourages their people to go beyond themselves to meet "challenges with courage & creativity to realise our dreams"

The lovely vista that is Sydney on Day 2 at #kmaus

Happy in the sunshine at #kmaus with @NickyHW and Ash.

At #kmaus today, someone made the insight re how appropriate it was to hold a KM conference in an amusement park ;-)

“@michellelamb: #kmaus at the end of the day is it either or? when in fact it may just be and” I agree - they work together, we need both!

#kmaus I like this distinction between knowledge & information: you're not able to see Knowledge. You are able to see Information.

#kmaus lessons from urban design relevant for KM: think at the level of the street, design for emergence, manage growth. Via @chieftech

Susan's takeouts - use the time to create a buzz, find other good practices, learn from others #kmaus

#kmaus "meetings are knowledge transfer events" Oh if this was true: let us make meetings places of knowledge exchange & learning

Great idea - film people with experience and knowledge of the organisation - and have the new starters do the interviewing #kmaus

#kmaus Susan Camarena says that KM is just good mgt - manage things so you're not making the same mistakes over again.

Alexandra Lederer talking about k-sharing, her role is in L&D - she does KM "undercover". Probably the best way to do it, actually. #kmaus

Landed in Sydney ready for #kmaus starting tomorrow. Looking forward to it! :-)

#kmlf again, tech is just the enabler; point is how do we ensure we can collect & find the things that are (or might be) important to us?
