This reminds me - @British_Airways I’m still waiting for a response to a claim I made at the very beginning of September 2022. You not only owe a lot of customers explanations, but money too. Get it together.
You can tell a lot about a company is when things go wrong. @British_Airways customer care is terrible. It is almost impossible to get in contact, which they dont care about obvs or they would resource it better. Dont be fooled, BA are little more than another budget carrier.
