I read crypto launches with a journalist’s habit: what was promised, and what actually happened? Per the Republic campaign brief, every eligible Republic participant in the Squid sale received an allocation. Why it matters to me: Legion is merit-based, not a race to click first. For someone new, that makes “participating” feel measurable. Qualifiers: an allocation doesn’t mean the full requested amount, and Squid’s own announcement said a full allocation of the maximum pledge was never guaranteed. This also doesn’t guarantee future sales. Sources: 🔗 x.com/squidrouter/status/206… 🔗 help.legion.cc/en/articles/1… 🔗 republic.legion.cc/ What would you want verified first before the next sale? Disclosure: this post is part of a Republic campaign, and I earn participation rewards. @legiondotcc @squidrouter #TheRepublic

Getting USDC when you expected another token can be confusing. On a LI.FI cross-chain route, the bridge can finish while the final swap can’t execute within your slippage limit or with available liquidity. You may receive USDC as an intermediate token.

Past and present are easy to mash together here, so I am keeping them apart. Past: in the Squid sale, eligible Republic quest participants had their rewards committed before the wider allocation, and Squid said those were honoured separately from a fixed budget. That is the concrete result: eligible Republic participants in that sale received an allocation. It was not the same as the main Legion pool, where Squid said 77.8% of applicants received one and some were excluded. Source: xitter.cf/squidrouter/status/207… Present: Legion says Jumper has reserved 5% of allocations for The Republic. The same post says participation does not guarantee an allocation, and any allocation is subject to eligibility, geographic limits, KYC/AML, and the sale terms. Source: xitter.cf/legiondotcc/status/210… I am not reading the Squid outcome as a forecast for Jumper. One was a committed quest budget that was honoured after the fact. The other is a reserved slice and a draw that is still gated. Same community track, different rule. The useful check for me is whether I actually meet the current conditions, not whether the last sale felt fair. Disclosure: this post is part of a Republic campaign, and I may earn participation rewards if it is approved.

New to The Republic and not sure where to start? The guides make the process much easier to follow step by step. I’d start with the onboarding guide, then use the relevant mission guide to see what needs to be completed. If you leave halfway through, you can simply return to the guide and continue from the step you last completed instead of starting over. For someone joining for the first time, I think the biggest benefit is having the requirements, verification steps and participation process explained in one place rather than trying to figure everything out yourself. The Legion guides also explain important steps like creating an account and completing KYC/Proof of Address before participating in a sale.

Disclosure: this post is part of a Republic campaign and can earn participation rewards. 👀I keep coming back to one Jumper feature that looks small on the quote screen and large in a normal week: the route comparison before you confirm. The 2025 write-up from Moritz Putzhammer framed the problem as a scavenger hunt. Moving something like MATIC on Polygon to AVAX on Avalanche meant a new site for the bridge, another for the DEX, then another pass on fees, time, and how many approvals you were about to sign. Jumper’s pitch was to collapse that into one recommended route, balancing security, speed, clicks, and cost, and to show gas, provider fees, price impact, slippage, the bridge plus DEX or solver, click count, estimated time, and the rate. Source: jumper.xyz/learn/jumper Current docs still describe the same job. You pick source and destination, it compares quotes, and you review estimated output, time, fees, and price impact before signing. On Advanced you can also steer provider and route type, for example fastest or cheapest. Source: docs.jumper.xyz/products/swa… and docs.jumper.xyz/products/jum… What I still don’t know is how that fits a real weekday, not a demo. Say it’s Thursday and you need to fund a position that only lives on another chain. The recommended route is a few dollars cheaper but quotes 8–15 minutes. A faster one costs more and uses a bridge you have not personally used. Do you take the default, or do you open the alternates every time the amount crosses some threshold? If you use Jumper for this, what rule do you actually apply: dollar size, chain pair, whether the destination is a hot wallet or a vault, or something else? A concrete example is more useful than “it depends.”

Checked the Jumper profile and found an interesting perk 👀 Higher Jumper Pass levels unlock perks based on your XP, which makes activity on Jumper more than just points on a leaderboard. Useful for active cross-chain users who are already using Jumper regularly.

Two ways I compare Earn on Jumper, same screen, different questions ✨ It scores opportunities against what your wallet already does: holdings, idle assets, chains you actually use, and how you behave on risk. Example: if most of your stack is ETH on Base plus USDC sitting idle, it surfaces Base/Ethereum/Arbitrum pools in those assets before a random high APR vault on a chain you’ve never touched. All Markets is the full list. Sort and filter by asset, chain, protocol, TVL, or yield so you can check what the personal feed left out. Criterion I use: Asset and chain fit first, headline APR second. A 12% number on a pool you have to bridge into and don’t already hold is not automatically better than a lower one you can enter from assets you already have. Advertised yield is not a guaranteed return. Rates move, incentives end, and smart-contract risk is still there. Source: Jumper’s write-up on why they built Earn and Portfolio (jumper.xyz/learn/why-we-buil…). Disclosure: this post is part of a Republic campaign and earns participation rewards.

One Jumper feature I actually use: the route list. Same token pair. Three different paths. Route A = best output Route B = fastest Route C = lowest fee Output, speed and fee are not the same number. Picking only “best” can still be slower. Source: jumper.exchange swap screen. Disclosure: Republic campaign post, participation rewards possible.

When participating in a sale on The Republic, it's essential to understand the distinct roles and responsibilities of both platforms. All sale-related actions happen on Legion, while committing your VP for the weighted raffle takes place right here in The Republic. 🧵👇

1/6: Jumper Pass XP and Republic VP look similar. They are not.I keep seeing people treat them as one balance that somehow converts. It doesn't. Here's the actual split, and why the difference matters before you commit anything.

Illustrative only: quote 100 tokens, 0.5% allowance -> 99.5 floor in a one-step model. A multistep route can differ: compare actual toAmountMin, not headline quotes. AI-assisted Republic campaign; may earn rewards. Source: help.li.fi/hc/en-us/articles…

Flying to Singapore on Monday for TOKEN2049 Needed two things before takeoff: data the second I land and a hotel My @jumperapp perks covered both eSIM: the @bitrefill Tier 1 perk unlocks at Jumper Pass Level 4 and takes 50% off Bitrefill eSIMs. Got 3 days of unlimited data in Singapore for €7.67 instead of €15.34. Claim the perk, copy the code, paste it at checkout. Took me 2 minutes Hotel: Jumper Travel Tier 3 (Level 12+) stacks 3% cashback on top of up to 65% off. Sofitel Singapore Sentosa came up at -49%, €2,418 → €1,233 for 3 nights. Tip: log in to Jumper Travel with the same email you claimed the perk with, otherwise the cashback won't show up Going to TOKEN2049 too? Check your Jumper Pass level at jumper.xyz/perks before you book anything Thanks Jumper, see you in Singapore!
how early are you on Jumper? been bridging and swapping on @jumperapp since april 2023. never really looked at the numbers until now, so i built a small site that pulls your whole jumper history in one place: first tx date total volume number of txs bridges vs swaps every chain you touched no wallet connect. nothing to sign, nothing to approve. paste your address (or 10 of them) and you get your stats plus a card like mine to post 👇 wallet-stats-checker.vercel.… code is open if you want to see exactly what it does: github.com/Topcrypt0/jumper-… timing isn't random. the $JUMP sale is live on @legiondotcc right now small alpha: go into your Legion profile and link all your active wallets, not just your main. your onchain history is the whole point, so show all of it jumper has been one of the few tools i've used nonstop through every cycle. hope the team takes care of the people who actually used it 🫡 drop your card below, curious who's been here the longest

On Jumper you can look for earn opportunities : - filtering by assets : look for coins you simply own - or by filtering TVL : the pools with the most TVL are well established These are just two ways out of many others.

Jumper perk I’d check: Quote. Current Perks hub lists alpha access + a free Silver-tier upgrade at Pass Level 6. Useful if you want to try Quote. I haven’t unlocked or claimed it; check your own profile for availability. Republic task; may earn VP. jumper.xyz/zh/perks

Reserving a 5% sale allocation for The Republic is about creating a genuine allocation opportunity rather than handing out free tokens. When real community members study mechanics and onboard others, aligning sale access with active participation builds a sustainable ecosystem.
