Bought #realmeBudsAir8 after CONFIRMING a key feature (auto media pause on calls) with @realmeIndia support.
Feature DOES NOT exist.
Support made me:
Troubleshoot repeatedly
Visit the service centre (they confirmed the feature isn’t supported)
Still denying refund

Response from CMF team on media auto pause issue. Seems to be the expected behaviour. Hopefully they can get this sorted with a firmware update ASAP.

CMF Buds 2 Plus turned out to be quite a disappointment. When watching a video on my tablet and a call comes through on my phone, the buds switch audio to the phone, but the video on my tablet keeps playing in the background—which defeats the purpose of dual connection.
Visited the service centre and was told this is "normal behaviour". That's not how dual connectivity should work on any modern earbuds. Expected better. Hope this gets addressed in a firmware update soon.

Hi @cmf_support, facing issues with my Buds 2 Plus:
1️⃣ Video doesn’t pause on secondary device when receiving a call on phone (main issue)
2️⃣ Momentary sound crackling/no sound while watching videos (~1s)
3️⃣ Delay in audio when switching sources
Is this the expected!

Booked a Jio broadband service request 4 days ago for today, only to have it rescheduled just after the scheduled time to 1st July — with no prior notice.
If it couldn’t be honoured, why not inform earlier?
