Just had to update my PBs in my Twitter Profile, improved by 2 mins in the @ChiMarathon, turned out to be such a warm day for it!
Now planning the next one…
That’s my last long run before @ChiMarathon! 20 miles rounded off with @gedlingparkrun. It was my fastest 20 miler with some hills.
I was late for parkrun so probably annoyed people at the back pack - sorry. Buzzing now, @RobinHoodHalf next week, then bring on #Chicago!

Just updated my twitter profile with my new half PB. Did I mention I ran a 1hr 30min 47secs in the #Birmingham @Great_Run on Sunday? That’s an 8min 30sec improvement.

Was aiming to go sub 20 for parkrun today. It doesn’t always go according to plan, missed it by 7 secs. Still take a PB and place 229 in the Fastest 500 of Boston parkrun.
Still on Cloud 9 following Sundays @Marathon_Mcr. It’s amazing what can be achieved with a little determination and consistency. This is 2019, 2021 & 2022.
