Another deduction shit
EXCL🚨🚨: Reading set to be hit with fresh two-point deduction for HMRC-related issue. Staff and players now aware. Plenty believe it could have been worse. 11 games to go with nothing else hanging overhead. readingchronicle.co.uk/sport… #readingfc

Great South Run - in perfect racing conditions - delivering some good results. Zak Mahamed wins in 46:41 PB, equal seventh 🇬🇧 all-time. Only Emile and Mo faster in past 25 years.
Great to see Callum Hawkins (4th), Marc Scott (6th) and Jake Smith (8th) all racing too.

Such a great episode by @badboyrunning with @JakeSmith_run. A lot of honesty around overtraining, training in remote areas and the mental state caused by RED-S. Best wishes to Jake, you’ll be back! Imagine what you can do when heathy! pca.st/episode/32fd9b93-5e04…

Reading have been relegated from the Championship.
A dark, dark day in this club’s long history. So many mistakes have been made in recent years and we have paid the ultimate price. Truly devastating.

Reading now join Blackpool and Wigan in next year's League One. After beating the drop so many times in recent years it's finally caught up with them. A sad, sad day for everyone connected with the club and thoughts go out to those who will now end up losing their jobs #readingfc
