@wightlinkferry apparently this voucher (with no date or valid until details) isn't accepted - disgraceful. You cancel me off a ferry in the past, hand out a voucher as some kind of apology and then refuse to accept it. It's a con and probably illegal.

It gets better. You emailed your staff on 20th April and told them that they should not accept them from 30th April. On what basis is that OK?
