I once again ask the #orclapex community for some love for my idea. apex.oracle.com/ideas/FR-306… When you use an Interactive Report Region there is an added Button Position for "Right of Interactive Report Search Bar". Wouldn't it be nice to have this for Interactive Grids as well?

“Deep within us—no matter who we are—there lives a feeling of wanting to be lovable, and wanting to be the kind of person that others like to be with. And the greatest thing we can do is to let people know that they are loved and capable of loving.“

My best hires have seemed the most risky at the time: What they didn't have: - No elite school degree - No experience working at top tech company What they did have: - Raw talent - Curiosity My thinking: it’s better to have hired and lost than never to have hired at all

People need a day to experience the utopias they are so hell-bent on creating so they can finally see that you can’t politicise your way out of the human condition.

I work for the Canadian federal government and they sent out an email with work at home guiding principles. It’s amazing to work for a place that speaks like this.
