Habits with a ridiculous rate of return:
- Sleep 8+ hours
- Lift 3x a week
- Walk every day
- Save at least 10% of what you make
- Read something every day
- Drink more water and less of everything else
- Leave your phone in another room while you work
Boring. Compounding. Undefeated.
Buckle Up! @TheGrandFarm has announced a partnership with the @UniversityOfArk's Division of Agriculture to begin working with Dr. Fields and his team.
