Con @FASTWEB hai raramente bisogno del servizio clienti, ma quando ti serve è perfettamente inutile: è impossibile parlare con una persona, e passi, chiedo di essere ricontattato e mi ignorano, il servizio via whastapp è rotto... insomma sono abbandonato a me stesso.
